At Vpress Web Designer, we strive to provide top-quality digital services including website design, development, SEO, digital marketing, paid advertising, and graphic design. Our Refund and Returns Policy is created to ensure transparency and trust between us and our clients.
1. Services Eligible for Refund
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or deliverables have been sent, except under the following conditions:
- Project has not yet been started.
- A double payment was made by mistake.
- The scope of work has not been fulfilled as per the signed agreement and proof is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Website design & development (after design approval or coding started)
- SEO and digital marketing campaigns (once reports or tasks are executed)
- Paid advertisement campaigns (once budget is allocated or spent)
- Graphics, logos, and branding (after client review or final files are delivered)
3. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel the project:
- A refund may be issued only if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment, and work has not begun.
- For partial completion, a pro-rated refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on work done.
- Any third-party service charges (e.g. domain, hosting, plugins) are not refundable.
4. Delivery Issues or Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the initial draft or delivery:
- You must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the work.
- We offer up to 2 rounds of revision depending on your chosen package.
- Final decision on refunds due to dissatisfaction will be at the discretion of the management.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7â10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only.
